Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Bridgton

Bridgton rental property home needs a part-time house cleaner. . I rent primarily to families on a 7 day basis from Sat to Sat in the summer, July/Aug months. The general changeover time between rentals is 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. on Saturdays when I need the cleaning to be done. I have a preferred Sat to Sat rental period, but accept 3 day minimum stays so the cleaning times can be variable. I would keep you updated with my rental success and communicate dates ASAP in advance and as the season progresses. I could also have some spring and fall dates as well. The house is about 25 years old, modern, meticulously maintained, 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, about 2000 sq ft, no linens, and I am very selective as to whom I rent. Also, I ask everyone to clean well when leaving, remove all trash, etc (I contract weekly trash removal). I do preseason deep cleaning
