About the job
Place is starting to look like a hoarder lives there. Building management only allows 2 bags of trash disposed of nightly Sun-Thu (no Fri or Sat service). Many cardboard boxes need to be broken down and hauled to dumpster. None of the floors and carpet have been cleaned in 5 months. Outside patio needs swept. Laundry needs done as well, using in-unit w/d. I will provide detergent and bleach. Kitchen needs deep cleaning. Oven is clean. Microwave and stovetop need work. Fridge needs a wipe down. Only one small bedroom needs to be vacuumed using a *clean* vacuum (no hair on the rollers, a fresh bag or clean bag-less, no mites or fleas from other locations). The rest of the flooring is manufactured wood, vinyl or tile. The patio is concrete.
