I rent out the basement apartment, it is a one room with one bathroom. I'm looking to get several spots on the carpet cleaned from Pet stains as well as vacuuming. Some organizing and surface cleaning will be needed as well. I do have a pet in the living space, but I will be there and can keep him out of the way if necessary.
