Looking to get a monthly house cleaner for my mother. The house is a 4-bedroom house with a basement (however I am not looking to get the basement cleaned. Just the main level and the bedroom level. Most of the house has hardwood floors. The other areas have tile there is no carpet in the house, though there are area rugs. Just need regular maintenance of mopping and cleaning the floors, dusting, and cleaning the windows and trim. Also, will need assistance with changing the bed linens
