Hi! We're looking for a dependable house cleaner available for monthly services, preferably the first/last Friday of every month. Here is some important info about our home: We live in a 3-story townhouse that is approximately 1, 700 sq. ft. The basement is mostly used for storage and is low traffic. We have 2 cats that are very friendly - one usually hides and the other is very curious. The main floor is hardwood and we would like those areas mopped each visit since they are high traffic and get pretty dirty between animals and humans. One bedroom has been converted in a home office, as one of us works from home. On cleaning days, we will plan on working elsewhere. The other bedroom is a guest room that is hardly used. We would love to schedule a meet & greet with any interested, qualified applicants:)
