Housekeeper

Our client is seeking an experienced and dedicated Housekeeper to join a small team and maintain a large home in excellent condition. The home is shared by two adults and a small dog. This is an opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in elevating the living experience of residents through exceptional cleanliness and attention to detail. Responsibilities: Regular cleaning of all interior areas of the home, including dusting, surface cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms. Daily bed-making, towel arranging, and putting away personal items left by residents. Organizing personal items, drawers, closets, and storage spaces. Laundry duties, including clothing, sheets, and towels, ironing as necessary, and putting away clean items, arranging for dry cleaning services twice a week. Re-stocking toilet supplies, replenishing bath care products, and other personal care supplies. Assisting with tidying and cleaning outdoor entertaining areas (patio, playground). Collecting and removing trash from all areas of the home. Washing dishes and deep cleaning kitchen and bar areas. Reporting maintenance or safety issues to the Property Manager (e. g., light bulbs needing replacement, HVAC inconsistencies). Performing periodic deep cleans of storage areas and polishing of silver. Providing pet care as needed. Assisting with additional duties or errands requested by residents or the Property Manager. Qualifications Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent time management, a hardworking attitude, and a self-starter mentality. Ability to navigate stairs and lift 20+ pounds. 5+ years of similar experience. Excellent verifiable references.
