I have a rental - I clean the rooms as they turn over, but I would like someone once a month to come and clean the common areas. This would be approx. 1200 sq ft and includes 1 full bath, a 1/2 bath, a kitchen, hallway, stairwell, living room and dining room. Depending on price and convenience I may want this service up to twice per month.
