PT Housekeeper In Baltimore City!

We are looking for a PT housekeeper to keep our small townhouse tidy ~1800 sq ft in Baltimore City . Also, some light babysitting/caregiver duties involved as we have a 3 y/o. Work would be daily except Fridays & Sundays. Timing is flexible, will work with the availability of the housekeeper. This is regular recurring work, with the option for weekend babysitting on occasion available. The housekeeper should have good attention to detail, work independently, organization skills, flexibility. Street parking is readily available and a parking spot, as needed. We already have a weekly deep cleaning service therefore the duties are mainly light housekeeping. Pets: we have a small chihuahua mix who is 14 years old, a little loud but friendly. We would have him in his crate while housekeeper is in our home.
