Seeking Long-term Help With House, Pets

Hi! We're a married couple seeking reliable help with general housekeeping, including cleaning, dishes, laundry, and occasional pet care. Our home has a few large rooms; the main spaces we use are the kitchen, living room, family room, bedroom, and bathroom. There's also a second-floor office/gym and an in-law apartment that's rarely used. We have two friendly dogs and four low-maintenance cats. For pet care, would let dogs outside and watch for 5-10 minutes (they stay on property, off leash) and remove cat waste that's collected automatically by electronic litter. We're looking for long-term support, ideally someone who can come 2-3 times a week for 2-3 hours, though let's figure out what make sense.
