This is a full cleaning from top to bottom for a seeling of the house. I will need the fridge, stove microwave cleaned as well as cabinets, bathrooms, baseboard heaters, floors and windows. If you can do a rug shampoo for one room that would be a plus. I will not need walls done. They will be freshly painted. I have 4 bedrooms but 2 will be freshly painted and carpeted so I do not need any services in there. I have wood floors in most of the down stairs and vinyl flooring in the kitchen area, tile in 1 bathroom. The stairs and upstairs hallway are also wood flooring.
