House Cleaner 2-3 Hours Per Week Light House Cleaning For Elderly Woman

We are in need of house cleaning services for my 88-year-old mother. She lives in a small 400sq' studio located on the first floor of a multi-level, over age 55 building.. We prefer someone within a 10-15 mile radius of her home. She can take care of herself but cleaning has been a little tough. She's extremely friendly and quite talkative. She's not a morning person so anytime after noon would be best. She will most likely require the following: one load of wash per week (2nd floor wash room with elevator access) clean bathroom and floor dust vacuum living/bedroom wash kitchen floor maybe every 2-4 weeks? Maybe we can start with 2 hours to see how it goes? If more time is required, we can go to three hours.
