About the job
I currently have cleaning company with which I'm very unhappy. They come in rushed and every time I leave I find furniture nicked and the powder room sink skirt falling off and nothing is cleaned as well as it should be. I would prefer someone who can speak English only because I am not bilingual. I wish I spoke Spanish or Portuguese, but I don't and I find it very hard to communicate. I now have to constantly message the owner of the company, the person I thought I was hiring to clean our place, to ask her to tell her employees what to do or not to do, I don't have a lot of extraordinary requirements, I'm looking to be able to communicate and have a more personal experience.
