One of the bedrooms is serving as staging area for our sons who have recently completed college - that bedroom should be removed from the cleaning list. We have 2 1/2 bathrooms (not 3). This is a surprise Xmas present - if you need to see the house, we need to do that between 2:30 and 4 p.m. any weekday - please call me. I answered this is a one time cleaning but we may consider monthly and can discuss later.
