Help Me Fight The War On Dog Hair!!

Hello! I'm looking for weekly/bi-weekly housekeeping help for myself and my 3 dogs. My house is a smaller one-story, around 1400 square feet, 3 bedrooms and 1. 5 bathrooms. I am a fairly tidy person and will not leave a lot of clutter in your way; my preference is that you spend your time scrubbing and not picking up after me! Requirements include the usual: kitchen, bathroom, dusting, vacuuming, mopping (steam mop provided), and possibly changing bed linens in primary bedroom. Will request ceiling fans or additional tasks from time to time. You must be okay with my 3 (small/medium) dogs; they are absolutely useless guard dogs but will demand treats as tribute.
