busy family with 2 kids at home (6, 10) and 1 now in college. looking for a house manager for home management/cleaning/laundry/cooking. Prefer someone with experience as house manager. Responsibilities - cleaning house, coordinating events for home, pet care, overlooking home schedule, laundry, organize home, restock on groceries and household items, run errands including but not limited to picking up and dropping off kids, prep meals weekly, managing includes house staff, repairmen, lawn care, car maintenance. Qualities - Friendly with kids and pets, trustworthy, reliable transportation, great communication, time management, management skills, separate work life from personal life, discreet and confidential, attention to detail, a cook, patient, flexible, problem solver. hours: 15-20hrs per week.
