Cleaning Role With Potential To Convert To Mini-household Manager Role.

My wife Katie and I looking for someone to come 1x per week to start, potentially shifting to 2-3x per week to help with general household management. Initial scope: linen change, towel washing, cleaning - 3 bed, 3 bathroom with only two bed and two bath used. Expanded scope if were a good fit: laundry, ironing, packing - I travel each week and want to reduce time required to prepare, occasional online shopping return, grocery shopping, organization, paper work filing, etc. We are looking for someone who has a high standard for cleanliness, organization, self initiative.
