Looking For A Dependable Housekeeper

Owensboro home needs a part-time house cleaner. Single lady, no kids struggling to keep up with everything so looking for someone to help take some weight off of my shoulders. I am kind and fair, but need to have dependable, quality and on-time service provided. Days/times are pretty flexible! Ideal match will meet the requirements below: -Bathroom Cleaning (2) -Vacuuming and/or mopping -Kitchen Cleaning (including loading dishwasher-no unloading required) -Changing bed linens (1 bed and I will provide clean sheets, no laundry required) -Dusting -Tidying (potential organizing to be discussed) -Misc. things (within reason) I have two small dogs and a bird-all well behaved. Bird requires certain safe-cleaning products, so I will provide all products and equipment. Potentially expanding this to errands 1-2x per month-we can discuss!
