We are a Property Management Company looking for a person to clean between renters. We have 8 apartments and turn maybe 3 apartments per year. Pay is $175 each job, if a carpet exists we like them shampooed for another $75. The apartments are 900 sq. feet. We can negotiate each job if necessary.
