Once A Week Maid, Small Apartment, Friendly Professional Clients

Hi! My wife and I live in a 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in central Overland Park. We are both busy professionals with no kids and not much time to keep up with household chores. We are searching for a great apartment cleaner. We also have two very friendly, but very hairy, cats who will hide from you the entire time you are in our apartment. We are looking for once a week cleaning. Hardwoods and carpet, we also would like someone who can wash windows, dust, and vacuum. Can you provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc)? Can you provide your own cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc)?
