I'm looking for a house and family manager. This is a part time job that requires a full-time heart. This would be perfect for a-divorcee older children- kind of person. We run a farm and 2 small businesses. We need help. Help to clean the house, watch kids, and just care about our family. Would like to pay a flat rate per hour to babysit, to vacuum a room, to sit on your but and watch the kids sleep, chop a carrot. No pets, lots of room to run around. Many other hidden benefits, travel is also a possibility. Schedule is flexible. Can be 2-3 days a week. Will work to accommodate your needs.
