Old farmhouse. I travel from WY to KS various times of the year. Bugs build up around windows a lot but have mice under control. Its hard for me as I don't get around too good and would pay top wages for good work. Can bring kids. Windows need attention and vacuum hardwood floors. No carpet at all. Couple area rugs.
