This will be a mostly empty house. We're buying it, but it's absolutely gross right now. We close ( we hope!) on 1/17/25, but the man will be there until the 21st, when he goes back to the Philippines. The kitchen is extremely greasy and we're going to KILZ and paint the kitchen cabinets, so if they are scrubbed so much that the paint comes off, no worries!! The bathrooms are really bad. We're going to remove the glass doors from the tub before you arrive, but they painted the glass in the other tiny shower. We are hoping to get it removed, as well. If walls can be scrubbed with grease remover before we go to paint, that would be something we can negotiate.
