Whoever picks this job up, I need you to realize my son will likely be at home. He does not clean up after himself and I work 3 to 6 days a week. It is a single wide trailer. There are 2 cats. They are pretty okay. I really need someone to come in and clean up after my son. The first cleaning will likely need to be some sort of deep clean.
