About the job
This is an unusual job and a messy one. We have a 12 x 12 screened in porch with no access to the house. There are two doors to the porch. There have been mice and at least one squirrel on that screened in porch this past winter. We would like you to remove all furniture, clean the furniture, ( no upholstery) and thoroughly clean the floor with a bleach and soap solution. You may then leave all of the furniture out on the deck and we will return it and put it in place. There is a hose available, but please bring a broom dustpan and all liquid supplies as well as a roll of paper towels. The job does pay well because we know it is not a normal porch cleaning. Please clean in deodorize as though your own grandchildren would be there this summer. Thank you.
