Looking for housekeeping: 1) wash dishes/load dishwasher 2) fold/hang clothes in dryer 3) general cleaning of kitchen and bathroom 4) vacuum upstairs carpet 5) use swiffer mop on downstairs floors 6) monthly deep clean including clean windows/blinds, change linens, dust, clean baseboards Approximately 900 sq ft townhouse Would prefer Mondays but flexible on days. Anticipating with weekly cleanings - 2 hours with 4 hours for monthly deep cleaning.
