We have two smalls dogs. A cat and a rabbit. My husband speaks good Spanish if needed but I prefer someone who speaks ok English since he will be working more of the time. I do not want someone who brings their child with them every single time. I need to be able to work while they work and can not babysit. (This has been an issue in the past) I want a maid to do a deep clean once a month a d dust everything, and give me tips on weekly cleaning so I can make her job easier. ( I dont know what products to use on some surfaces)
