Open concept kitchen, dining and living room. Extra open area used as office area. There is 2 bedrooms but one is my sewing room and will not be included in the cleaning. So only 1 bedroom with on suite bath and one additional bath. House also has a 2nd floor bonus room which will also not be included in cleaning. I would like the cleaning person to view the area and give me a price before we start.
