Regular Housekeeper. Would Love Someone Willing To Find Ways To Help Organize And Support Our Family

3 bedrooms regularly used. 2 showers regularly used. Looking for a housekeeper that is prompt, clearly communicates schedules in advance so we can plan accordingly, and is open to ad hoc areas and projects that we need help with around the house (organizing, etc). Would like someone who pays attention to detail (wipes cabinets each cleaning, notices if showers or shower heads are gathering buildup, fold and puts laundry away. Regular services: vacuum, mop, dust, wipe down surfaces/cabinets, dust molding, clean showers/shower heads and bathrooms, changing sheets, and folding and putting away laundry. Open to rotating cleanings in other less frequently used spaces. Trustworthy, on time, communicates clearly, and open to help with other ad hoc tasks (organizing things, etc). Parking is available. No pets
