The mayority of the time its only 2 adults and the house is pretty much maintaned/cleaned but when our adults kids come from college and leave we need everything deep cleaned. I might continue with every other week basic cleaning (bathrooms, floors - mop/vaccum) depending on the price, and not the entire home will need to be cleaned (kids rooms-just master and downstairs). My home is a townhome with 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, two stories. I work 3 day a week and my schedule changes every week but I do know 2 months in advance and able to schedule.
