Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner For Family Living In Geneva.

2 adults, no children. No pets at this time but may be getting a dog (Labrador). Some tidying, linens change every other week, and cleaning upstairs and downstairs. No basement cleaning needed. 2 bedrooms top be full service, 1 guest bedroom (no linens changed unless rare guests), and 1 "catch all/ craft room" needs dusted. Hardwood floors living/ kitchen and foyer/ hall. Bedrooms are hardwood. Carpet in dining, front room, and stairs/ hallway upstairs. Have had some health challenges recently so after first cleaning, maintenance is all that's required. I'd say first cleaning will likely be a deeper clean (messier than usual but not ignored). Inside window wiping perhaps in the spring but not other times, except dusting sashes. We will also be reducing "things" over time for a more open, less cluttered space.
