Townhouse is a ranch with a finished lower level - about 2200 sq ft. Only my husband and I live here (all year). Mostly wood or vinyl floors, carpeted bedrooms; a few antiques. I have certain cleaning products I prefer so I will be able to provide those IN ADDITION to what the housekeeper brings. I speak fluent German if they speak a foreign language (I speak very minimal Spanish). I am extremely fussy about how thoroughly the house is cleaned having been spoiled by a German woman who cleaned my home like my mother. I expect honesty, care to be taken with our possessions and a thorough cleaning for my money, but once I have found the perfect housekeeper I can be a loyal customer. I will require references and they should be insured, licensed and bonded (definitely insured against any injury to themselves and/or our property.
