About the job
Need a long term cleaner every other week. You provide your own cleaning supplies (detergents, etc) and cleaning equipment (vacuum, etc). Standard cleaning including bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. Changing bed linens. Refrigerator cleaning and window washing quarterly. Currently it's only my husband and I but we occasionally have guests so sheets will need to be changed in spare bedrooms accordingly. We have a basement that we don't use much but still want a basic cleaning there so I included basement in square footage. 1 bdr has been converted to a closet and 1 to a craft room. 2 large labs so dog hair is a constant fight sorry, not sorry. I've had the same cleaner for many years and prefer someone looking for a long term client that is honest and reliable. Usually takes 2 to 3 hours. Must have references.
