Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner

I am 64 years old, and retired. I live alone with my two 5-year-old cats, in Chicago, I had surgery on my right shoulder in August of 2023. My shoulder doesn't hurt anymore, it's just weak and gets tired quickly. Because my shoulder is weak, housework is difficult for me, and takes a long time, so I need help with cleaning, laundry and the dishes. There are other small things I need help with, but these are my first priority. It would be helpful if you could be here once a week, but we can discuss what schedule works best for both of us.
