Housekeeper

We live in a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. We are on the third floor of our apartment building and there is an elevator to use. There are three of us in the apartment ( including a child) so the space is small but we do our best to keep it organized and functional. The living, dining, and kitchen area are all connected/open. We would love a housekeeper that does it all honestly. We are two full time working parents that want to spend our free time with our kiddo rather than household needs. We are thinking once a week to start and then can evaluate from there. So primarily overall apartment cleaning tasks (including but not limited to (1) bathroom sink, shower/tub, toilet, mirrors, (2) kitchen stove, oven, microwave, counters, dishes (we have dishwasher so unload and reload), (3) all floors swept, vacuum, mopped, (4) dusting all shelves/frames, (5) clean windows, and whatever else household cleaning there might be. Other tasks we would love help with would be (1) general tidying up (especially kiddos toys if left out), changing bedding, (2) laundry (wash/dry/put away) (there's washer/dryer on our floor), and (3) take trash/recycle out. Potentially more or less. We would love someone who: - is kind and courteous - is respectful of our space - can be flexible/accommodating - is open to constructive feedback - can laugh at jokes
