Clean 4-room, 1 bath apartment once a month 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Cleaning includes: wipe kitchen surfaces and inside of microwave, complete bathroom cleaning plus washing bathroom walls and tile, dust baseboards and crown molding, Vacuum upholstered furniture and area rugs, mop wood floors, steam clean kitchen floor, polish wood furniture, clean glass table tops and mirrors and glass over pictures. Wash fold-in windows at a future date in warmer weather. Need cleaner who can communicate in English and understands verbal instructions and who arrives on time.
