This busy family is seeking an organized, hardworking and friendly Housekeeper-Household Manager to stay with them long-term. Duties include: Deep clean and maintain the 7, 000 square foot home, organizational projects, picking up clutter and putting it back in the right spot, run errands, be there to let contractors in as needed, family laundry, some ironing, making beds, change bed linens, let dogs out as needed, make sure dogs have water and walk dogs-if candidate is open to that-but not a must. Candidate must pay attention to detail and know to put things back in their correct spots. This person should also be very proactive with coming up with cleaning schedules for the home (weekly tasks, monthly, quarterly, etc.). Mom works from home. 1 child in the home who is at school during the day. The ideal candidate will be efficient, pays attention to detail and experienced. Work days and hours Option 1 (27 hours per week): Monday: 8am-5pm, Wednesday: 8am-5 p.m. and Friday: 8am-5 p.m. Option 2 (27 hours per week): Monday: 8am-5pm, Tuesday: 8am-5 p.m. and Friday: 8am-5 p.m. Option 3 (27 hours per week): Monday: 8am-5pm, Wednesday: 8am-5 p.m. and Thursday: 8am-5 p.m. Option 4 (27 hours per week): Monday: 8am-5pm, Thursday: 8am-5 p.m. and Friday: 8am-5 p.m. Option 5 (30 hours per week): Any combination of hours that equate to 30 hours/week. With this being more hours, more tasks would be needed such as grocery shopping and/or meal prep Family has 2 dogs--1 medium and 1 large
