Hello! I own a small rental house in downtown Carbondale where people check-in and out on a weekly or even more frequent basis, check-in time is 3 p.m. and check-out time is 11am. I'm looking for can be flexible and clean in the 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. window when needed. I'm also looking for this person to be able to keep the house stocked with snacks. Cleaning supplies and equipment will be provided. Light errands may be needed, as well as watering potted plants outside. The first cleaning will be a paid training session with me. After that, it will be an on-demand basis. Payment is $20/hr plus situational bonuses.
