Old farm house TONS of wood, some carpet, some hardwood, some painted, some vinyl flooring. Care for woodwork (not to damage or mar, as we've had to replace it from previous services), ceiling fans monthly. windows regularly blinds regularly. Thorough, tub/shower and bathrooms. 1 bedroom regularly used, 2 others (one is an office) are seldom used but need thorough cleaning.
