Looking For A Dependable House Cleaner

I have a very small one bedroom apartment, but the bedroom won't need cleaning. Vacuum, sweep, mop, clean kitchen and bathroom and dust thoroughly. Occasionally I will need other work done such as, taking out trash, cleaning out and organizing the pantry area or refrigerator and washing the window. I have 2 indoor cats. I have COPD, Fibremyalgia and several other health issues. Any day of the week, except Monday will be fine, as long as it is the same day every time. I am also flexible about the time as long as it is not before 10 a.m. or after 4pm, but again, I would prefer that it is always the same.
