This is a 2-story home but the upstairs only needs to be cleaned after we had guests. (several times a year) "The upstairs" means there is 1 bedroom to vaccum and dust, 1 bathroom to clean, and a hallway to vacuum. We have guests approx 4 times a year. The downstairs is a bedroom and bathroom (no tub), a living room, kitchen (gas range that will be replaced with an induction range in Dec), dining nook, 1 bathroom, hallway, 2 offices, and a laundry room. The downstairs is hard wood floors with area carpets. There is a dog - who can stay in his kennel while you are here.
