Light Housekeeping Needed For 80 Yo Sweet Lady In CdA

My friend needs 2-4 hours a week of home care. Her place is quite neat and she is such a sweet beautiful lady. Various tasks: kitchen cleanup, changing bedding, laundry, dusting, checking mail, dumping trash, vacuuming, mopping, etc. She would appreciate other occasional hands-on help if you are willing, like washing hair or nail care. She can only pay $20/hr since she is on a fixed lower income and has to pay out of pocket for home care because her insurance says there is no one available through agencies .
