Need House Cleaner 2-3 Hrs./daily For Family In Hiawatha

We need a part-time house cleaner that can come all or most workdays (Monday-Friday) for about 2-3 hours a day. Daily the housekeeper would prioritize cleaning kitchen and dishes, tidying the main floor of house, and briefly vacuuming the living room. As time permits, there are a number of other requests: * Hard wood floor mopped (a few times a wk) [only in the kitchen and dining room]. * Carpet vacuumed (bedrooms and hallways 1-2x a wk). * Each bathroom cleaned at least 1x a week (2 full, 1 half). * Other tidying and cleaning like changing bed linens and folding laundry. * Optional: organizing. We would prefer cleaning to start in the morning (9 a.m. or later) but could be flexible for the right person. We need someone who is a self-starter, dependable, and does not need much direction to get things done well. References preferred.
