The space that needs cleaned is about half carpet, half faux wood. Two full bathrooms, one bedroom, kitchen, living room, carpeted stairs, and upstairs landing. Occasional window washing, occasional baseboards, spot shampooing of carpet, etc. is needed but not necessarily every visit. Im looking for the basics (dusting, vacuuming, spray clean, etc.) on a bi-monthly or monthly basis. We do have animals so there is a lot of pet hair. I am okay with providing the equipment/supplies or if the cleaner wants to bring their own I am fine with that as well.
