Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions. Restock cleaning supplies and inform management when additional items are needed. Report damages or maintenance issues discovered during cleaning. Ensure timely arrival to appointments and completion of assignments within the scheduled time. Communicate effectively with the management team regarding job updates. Requirements: Previous cleaning experience preferred. Must own cleaning supplies and equipment (or use company-provided materials). Reliable transportation for travel to job locations. Active liability insurance as an independent contractor (proof required). Smartphone with internet access for job scheduling and communication. Ability to work independently and adhere to high-quality standards. Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs and bending/stretching.
