Its multi level. Had a dog that passed way that shed along, so need a real deep clean the first cleaning then a basic cleaning monthly. Me and my husband work long hours, and dont have time to really clean as much lately. We both work Monday thru Friday. I will wash my own clothes, sheets, but need vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchen clean, refrigerator cleaned several times a year, windows once a year
