About the job
I'm seeking someone who notices what needs to be done in the home and takes the initiative to clean it up. Similar to how they would clean their own home if there's a spill or a stain or something out of place I need someone who will handle it without a strict checklist. While I do have tasks that I want completed each week, I really want someone long-term that will take the time to learn my home and it's needs. I want you to have the autonomy to create a weekly cleaning schedule. The space I'm needing cleaning is 900 square feet two bathrooms one bedroom a living room kitchen with hardwood floors and tile.
