Three is four bedrooms and 3 and a half baths. Focus will be on the main floor with only one bedroom and 1 and a half bath. Ocasionally the upstairs bedrooms and baths will need to be cleaned but not that often. Mainly dusting and cleaning the floor. Main floor consists of laundry room, kitchen, living room, dining room and 1 bedroom and bath.
