This condo is completely empty and the tenants who moved out previously did not do a great job of cleaning prior to their move. The kitchen is what I would most like attention to - stove, fridge, microwave, etc. The condo will have brand new countertops and flooring so there may be some residual dust from those installations but I really just want a good cleaning before we move our stuff in.
