I am soon to be 76. I am handicapped back issues). I physically can't bend.... when I do for even the short times I do it causes excrutiating pain but I have no choice as I live alone. I am not feeble, otherwise healthy. Things I need help with... changing fitted sheets on bed (bending), sweeping/mopping laminated floors... windows (can be optional. Hope you can help. I assure I do not take advantage of anyone and do not ask for more than I would do myself. Ty for your consideration.
