I need a move out clean, first. Then I would like a general clean once or twice a month. I have 1 bedroom 1. 5 bath condo. Around 700 square feet and 2 cats. Move out clean and new condo are same size. For regular cleaning I want my bathroom, kitchen, and floors cleaned mainly. No oven cleaning, laundry, or windows.
